The couriers used normally do not carry out pre-emptive calls or handle requests for expeditions at particular times. Indexatively, without this involving any constraints to SteamBase and except for the availability on the market of products in addition to any major force causes, the merchandise will be delivered by SteamBase to the courier within 48 hours, from the first useful business day following the date of receipt of the order (in the case of payment by credit card or payment by mark to the courier).

Orders will be evaded only with fully available merchandise.
If the customer wants to receive the available merchandise immediately and defends the delivery of the titles not available or in booking at a later time, he will have to opt for the double shipment stating the will in the order notes, with obvious charge of the double shipment.

Delivery times and their costs depend on the modes of shipment and by the chosen carrier :

The Customer is required to verify that the parcel is intact, unharmed or wet.

Only after that verification the Customer will have to accept the delivery, after which he will not be able to oppose any contestation about the exterior characteristics of what he delivered in relation to the order made.   • The purchased products will be delivered by SteamBase to the address indicated by the customer in all EUROPE.

Guarantees and defective products
  • Products purchased through SteamBase are subject to the discipline of trade, which provides for a minimum guarantee period by 1 calendar year!
    That guarantee will apply to the product that present defects in conformity and / or malfunctions not found at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly and with due diligence and that is, in compliance with its destination and how much expected in the possible technical documentation, with observance of the various operational rules set out therein.
  • The said warranty will not be applicable in the case of negligence, neglect in the use and maintenance of the product, the connection of what has been purchased to electrical installations or any other type of connection not in accordance with it. The warranty is personal and will therefore apply only to the original purchaser, being reserved for direct customers and not to traders, dealers, etc.
