Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
It is possible to cancel your order only when the order is still in the processing state. You will only be recognized by canceling through the means of presentation of a ticket by e-mail to info@steambase.net. We do not recognize any requests for cancellation by other means, for example through phone call.
In the event that the goods are packaged or shipped, you still do in time to cancel your order if you change your mind ; however an administrative fee of EUR 8 and a transport return fee will be applied and will be deducted from your refund. After you have received the merchandise, you can still cancel your order in accordance with our 30-day return policy. 

Double Order
In case you find yourself realizing that you have entered double order by mistake or due to system / network malfunction, please inform us before the order (s) is shipped and we would cancel the double order for you according to your request.

Frfraudulent Order
We have procedures in place to detect any evidence of evidence or fraudulent order. All alleged fraudulent orders will be subject to immediate cancellation, while the respective user / visitor will be banned from our site unconditionally.


Security control
As part of our effort to protect the interests of both buyer and seller, we may request you to provide further information or documentation to confirm the genuineness of your order. In any case, that the aforementioned procedure is not completed within 5 days after the order has been placed, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Restitution policy
Returns within 30 days
It is possible to exercise the right to return an order at your expense and opt for reimbursement within 30 days after receipt of the merchandise, provided that the request is made to us with tickets by the aforementioned time limit. We will take into account your request and we will advise you on the correct procedure of the refund of the merchandise. Your order (s) is eligible for reimbursement less an administrative fee of EUR 8 subject to the following conditions :
1. The merchandise is purchased from our site. (www.steambase.net)
2. A refund notification request is submitted via ticket and received by us within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.
3. The merchandise is returned with a copy of the receipt / invoice.
4. The merchandise is returned with a copy of your authorization number at the return and application (along with the receipt / invoice)
5. The merchandise is new in mint and in undamaged condition * (with all the original imdance and including all accessories and other material (s)
6. The merchandise must be returned to our specified address within 14 days after we accept your request.

No re-storage tax will be applied / restock to restitution that meets the above conditions. However, we reserve the right to deduct a restock tax (see below) from your refund if the refund does not satisfy the specified (s) condition, in particular, 5 or 6 above indicated.

After acknowledging and confirming your return request, we will arrange to send a courier to pick up the merchandise at the shipping address of your orders (if not otherwise specified) and deliver it back to us. The transport overload will be deducted from your compensation.
* Please note that all products must be returned exclusively with original packaging never opened, so with all the safety seals, due to hygiene issues. *

Returning faulty merchandise
You can give us back the faulty found merchandise due to construction failures, provided that the request is made within 30 days of receipt of the articles. We will confirm the receipt of the request and we will recommend the correct procedure of the return of the goods. You can opt for a full refund or replacement subject to the following conditions :
1. The merchandise is purchased from our site. (www.steambase.net)
2. A refund notification request is submitted via RMA tickets and received by us within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.
3. The merchandise is returned with a copy of the receipt / invoice.
4. The merchandise is returned in completely intact conditions (with all the original packaging and including all accessories and other material)
5. The merchandise must be returned to our specified address within 14 days after we accept your request.
6. The returned merchandise is confirmed incorrectly after our inspection. 
No fee restock will be applied to the refund that encounters the aforementioned explained conditions. However, we reserve the right to deduct a restock tax (shown below) from your compensation if the refund does not meet the specified conditions, in particular the number 6.

Bad or defective article Returns to arrival (DOA)
In the event in which incorrect or defective merchandise is received upon arrival (DOA), it must give us notification within 30 days of receipt. We will take note of your request and we will recommend the exact procedures for restitution.  You can opt for a full compensation or replacement subject to the following conditions :
1. The merchandise does not work immediately after open the parcel. (DOA)
2. The merchandise is not the one ordered by you (mistaken merchandise)
3. For misguided merchandise, goods must be returned to us under conditions not open and unused, with full and complete packaging including accessories and other materials.
4. For DOA merchandise, goods must be returned under original and unharmed conditions, with complete and complete packaging including accessories and other materials.
5. The merchandise must be returned to us at our exact address within 14 days after confirming your request.
6. The returned merchandise is confirmed wrong or DOA after our inspection.
No supply tax will be applied to the refund that encounters the aforementioned explained conditions. However, we reserve the right to deduct a tax refueling (shown below) from your compensation if the refund does not meet the specified conditions, in particular the number 6.

The transport overload will be deducted from your compensation if the refund does not meet the specified conditions, in particular the number 6.
More warnings
1. It is necessary to take care of the merchandise and return it in its original and unharmed conditions.
2. If not otherwise specified in the Terms and Conditions referred to above, the user agrees to bear the cost / return of the merchandise to our specified address. If you choose to have your order reimburse you will return you the total amount paid minus the afflicting, within 72 hours. This is without prejudice to legal rights.
3. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the merchandise during the return transport.
4. Consumables, perishables or hygiene-afflicted merchandise are not eligible for restitution.
5. Due to the complexity of liquid crystal displays on palm devices, bright or dead pixels can sometimes occur. If you check the following within the DOA period (30 days), then you can ask to replace the LCD display.
-5 or more dead / bright pixels anywhere on the liquid crystal display.
6. We reserve the right not to accept a refund if the conditions stated in the return policy are not met.
7. Any network problems network (to SIM, availability, coverage, service, range, etc) of mobile phones and tablets will not be covered by faulty steambase or DOA Return Policy.
8. All problems caused by firmware or software, changes to the operating system, fixed or jailbreak to the mobile phones or tablets will not be covered by faulty steambase or DOA Return Policy.
9. No refueling fee will be applied to return that meets the above conditions in the policy. However, we reserve the right to deduct a supply tax (see below) from your refund if the return does not meet the specified (s) condition.
10. Homages will also have to be returned. We reserve the right to deduct the value of each missing homage or to charge a reassortment fee up to a value of Euro 50 from reimbursement.
Reimbursement Policy
At the receipt of the returned item, we will verify the products. Once approved and the products pass the inspection phase, the refund will be processed according to Cancellation Policies or Reimbursement. It will be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a certain number of days, it depends on the payment method. An email will be sent to your email when we proceed to the repayment phase.
Late redemptions or missing
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account as there may be delays from the bank.
